I'm writing to you today regarding my upcoming week-long visit to Lengenfeld, starting on the midnight of Sunday and ending on Sunday morning. As you might imagine, I'm really looking forward to seeing all of you again!
I was wondering if it would be at all possible to stay in the Schützenhaus during my visit. I'm quite flexible and don't need much – just a mattress and a bit of space would be perfect for my stay. I'm happy to help out around or contribute in any way I can (beside the daily contribution money).
Please let me know if this is something that could work for Helmut and the organization. I completely understand if it's not feasible.
